Obtained from the blend of Rum distilled from the pure sugar cane juice, in spanish called “Guarapo”, and aged up to 23 years with Solera method in oak casks which have previously matured Bourbon Whiskey, Sherry and Pedro Ximenez wines.
It has a complex flavor and the bouquet expresses hints of tropical fruit, ripe fruit, dried figs, cream and shades of spice; to the palate it shows enveloping with hints of Sherry and wood. The finish is elegant.
