This method of preparation consists in pouring the ingredients inside of the glass, creating well defined layers of the liquid substances.
This is possible by knowing the specific gravity of each product poured inside of the glass: the heavier ingedient must be poured first on the bottom of the glass; subsequently the other ingredients, progressively lighter, must added in the the most delicate way, often is used a bar spoon to reduce the intensity of the flow of the liquid, or the liquid is poured against the edge of the glass.
