Advocaat
Creamy liquor made from Brandy, egg yolks, honey, vanilla, sugar and sometimes cream. It was produced for the first time by the Dutch population of Suriname and Recife using in preparation the fruit and avocado. Back in the Netherlands where there were not avocados, it was possible to recreate a similar consistency using the egg yolk.It has an alcohol volume of between 14 and 20%.
