Alpestre
Distillate with the healing properties that contains 34 different types of herbs, was called "arquebus water", was created in 1857 in Saint Genis Laval, a French town that housed the congregation of the Marists, by the monk and botanist Emmanuel. Today it is still produced following the original recipe, which provides the distillation of the product obtained by maceration of herbs and an aging in oak barrels for a minimum of four years, so that the properties of aromatic and medicinal plants can concentrate in the best way in the spirit.
