Anisette

Sweet liquor made ​​from anise essence. It is prepared from a base called aniciato, distilled from anise macerated in alcohol. It is left to age in special containers to enable the iron to form the deposit on the inner walls of the container and mix the various components that give it the unmistakable flavor. It has an alcohol volume of approximately 25%.
