Appleton

It is the oldest distillery in Jamaica. It has the oldest sugar factory in Jamaica and is distinguished because it uses the same water of their land in the production of Rum, this process is called "slow distillation" in pot stills following the more traditional and old guidelines of the estate. As it usually happens in Anglophone countries the aging on the label of the Appleton Estate refers to the youngest  Rum used in the blend.
