Booth’s

 London distillery founded in Clerkenwell in 1740. It produces Vodka and Gin, now under the name of Red Lion Distillery achieved after the reconstruction due to bombing during the Second World War, and it is distinguished by the use of old Sherry casks to age their London Dry Gin.
