Chivas
Scotch Whisky produced for the first time in 1801 by brothers James and John Chivas in Aberdeen, Scotland. They created a blended more easily to be appreciated, as being the single malt with tough taste and not long aged. The excellent quality of their production was formally recognized in 1843 when their flagship product, the Chivas Regal, was awarded with the Royal Warrant by Queen Victoria. Chivas Regal is a blend obtained by mixing more than forty of the finest malt and grain whiskies in Scotland, coming largely from the Speyside, the central region of Scotland that, for its mild climate and its fertile lands, traditionally produces very elegant malts, soft and rich, including those of Strathisla Distillery, the oldest still active one in the highlands since 1786, and the Longmorn, 18 years of which are reserved only for Chivas.
