Cocuy

Liquor obtained from the stem of the Cocuy agave, cultivated especially in the states of Lara and Falcón in Venezuela. It produces not aged, with a transparent color, and aged in oak barrels, which is characterized by a dark color and a rich bouquet of floral aromas in the finish.
