Galliano

Liquor of Italian origin obtained from sweetened hydro alcoholic infusion of various herbs and spices including anise, licorice and vanilla, produced in Holland by Lucas Bols.Designed in 1896 by Arturo Vaccari Distillery of Livorno  to celebrate the heroic deeds of Captain Giuseppe Galliano in Ethiopia, who died that year.It has an alcohol volume of 42.3%.
