Jim Beam
Whiskey distillery founded in 1795 by Jacob Beam in Clermont, Kentucky, USA. It owes its name to James Beauregard Beam, which took over the family business in 1894. In 1920, because of the American Prohibition law, the distillery had to stop the production that resumed in 1934, when he rebuilt the family's distillery. Today the company is in the hands of Fred Noe III, still a direct descendant of the founder.
