Liqueurs
Drink made by blending agricultural alcohol and essential oils, produced by distillation, maceration or percolation of herbs, fruits, citrus peel, etc, then finished with sugar syrup, water and eventually dyes. In particular, it must have an alcohol percentage equal to or greater than 15 and less than 55. It is divided in 2 main categories: Artificial/Fantasy Liquors, have from 100 to a maximum of 200 grams of sugar per liter. For example, Irish Cream, Sambuca, Amaretto, Orange Liquors... Natural Liqueurs/Creams, containing from 200 to a maximum of 500 grams of sugar per liter. For example, Crème de Cacao White/Dark, Banana Cream, Mint Green/White Cream...
