Drink made by blending alcohol of agricultural origin with essential oils, produced by distillation, maceration or percolation of herbs, fruits, citrus peel, etc, then finished with sugar syrup, water and possibly dyes. In particular, it must have a percentage volume of alcohol equal to or greater than15 and less than 55. It is divided into 2 main categories: Artificial/Fantasy Liquors, have from 100 to a maximum of 200 grams of sugar per liter. For example, Irish Cream, Sambuca, Amaretto, Orange Liquors...
