Long John
Scotch Whisky created by John MacDonald, said "Long" for his tall stature, who in 1825 founded the Ben Nevis Distillery in Fort William, Scotland. The Long John is obtained by mixing of five Scotch Whisky selected from different companies: Strathclyde, Kinclaith, Tormore, Glenugie and Laphroaig. It has an Amber color with bright streaks of old gold, has a determined malt aroma, with hints of smoke. To the palate it shows a rich taste of cereals, with pleasant hints of peat.
