Vermouth or Vermut
Fortified flavored wine obtain from sugar white wines with a neutral and delicate flavor, alcohol, sugar and various herbs such as wormwood, absinthe Pontic, centaury, thyme, hyssop, marjoram, sage, chamomile, cloves, coriander, gentian, angelica, calamus, China, cinnamon and bark bitter orange. There are different qualities of Vermouth, usually distinguished by color: Red, White and Rose, and tastes: Sweet, Dry, Extra Dry, and Chinato. Being produced with white wines usually is used caramel as a coloring agent to get the Red Vermouth. It has an alcohol volume of not less than 16% and not more than 21%.
