Obtained from the blend of Rum distilled from the pure sugar cane juice, in spanish called “Guarapo”, and aged up to 25 years with Solera method in oak casks which have previously matured Bourbon Whiskey, Sherry and Pedro Ximenez wines. It finishes its aging in Cognac casks.
It has a taste balanced between structure and depth. The palate shows hints of wood, ripe fruit, vanilla, almond and dark chocolate; the finish is persistent.
It has an alcohol volume of 40%.
