Bourbon Daisy

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz lemon juice

½ oz Raspberry Syrup

½ ts caster sugar

 

Pour all ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass and add two inches of crushed ice. Put the Swizzle Stick into the glass and rub until sugar is dissolved; then fill the glass with crushed ice and rub again.
Add straws, decorate and serve.
