Choconut Balls
Pour into a tall container the Rum flavored with coconut, add the sodium alginate and mix everything with an electric mixer until there are no more lumps. Pour into a glass, and let it stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Start making the balls of an appropriate size - and with a spoon large enough - to let a sliver of chocolate be inside the mixture, and then pour all into the bath calcium. Rinse with water, and serve in special teaspoons for finger food.
