Dragon Ball
½ Mandarin (muddled)
1 ½ Gin
½ Lemon Juice
½ Simple Syrup
Fill Soda Water
Guarnish: Dragon mandarin zest
Muddle the mandarin and shake with ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup; double strain in a long glass (juice/high ball/tumbler); add soda on top and guarnish with a dragon shaped mandarin zest.
