The Pineapple Pepper is a muddle cocktail out of the ordinary: the pink pepper and basil, joining the white wine, give a unique taste!
Pineapple Pepper
Fill White Wine
½ Lime
2 ts White Sugar
½ Pink Pepper Infusion
2 Pineapple slices
4 Basil leaves
Method of mixing Muddle preferably into a Juice Rock glass. Muddle together lime, sugar and pineapple, then add ice, pink pepper infusion and white wine, in the end mix all the ingredients into the glass using a bar spoon. Garnish with basil leaves and pink pepper.
