The Shanghai Mule is a variation of the Moscow Mule cocktail in which the vodka is replaced by the chinese ByeJoe Red sorghum liquor.
Shangai Mule
1 ½ oz Red Sorghum Liquor
4 oz Ginger Beer
¼ oz Lime Juice
1 Slice of Lime on the Edge of the Glass
Build in a Juice Rock glass or in a Tumbler glass.
