Strawberry Caipiroska
Muddle technique in a Juice/High Ball rock glass. Muddle lime and brown sugar in the glass in order to create a homogeneous pulp; add ice (preferably crushed) to fill the glass; pour Vodka and Strawberry Pulp/Puree directly into the glass; shake the ingredients and pour it into the Juice/High Ball glass; decorate with a strawberry and/or a lime wedge.
The Strawberry Caipiroska cocktail is a sweet variation on Caipirinha that, instead of Cachaça, has Vodka and an addition of strawberry pulp.
