Strawberry Daiquiri

1 ½ oz Rum

1 ½ oz Strawberry Puree/Pulp

½ oz Sweet & Sour

Blend technique in a Margarita glass. Pour Rum, strawberry puree/pulp and Sweet & Sour inside the bell of the blender with ice; blend the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous product; pour the everything inside the glass previously frozen.
