Virgin Mojito is an alcoholic-free cocktail with lime, mint and Ginger Ale.
Virgin Mojito
½ Lime
2 ts Brown Sugar
Mint
Fill Ginger Ale
Muddle technique in a Juice/High Ball rock glass. Muddle lime and brown sugar in the glass in order to create a homogeneous pulp; add ice (preferably crushed) to fill the glass; pour Ginger Ale directly into the glass and stir it; decorate with mint and/or a lime wedge.
