Hiram Walker
Manufacturer of alcohol drinks founded by Hiram Walker in 1858 on the banks of the Detroit River, in the area where he gave birth to the town of Walkerville, now part of the city of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Here he began to sell his Whisky that became very famous under the name of Canadian Club. The company remained in family hands until 1926, when it passed to Harrt C. Hatch, then moved to Pernod Ricard while the Canadian Club now is owned by Jim Beam. Today's production has many varieties of liqueurs.
