1 ¼ oz Whiskey

2 ¾ oz Coffee

1 oz Half and Half Mix

 

Technique Pre Heat.

Legends say it was served at the port of Foynes, in Ireland, to passengers coming overseas. Others say it was to Mr. Sheridan to serve it at the port of Shannon, in Ireland as well, until an american journalist was so impressed from that drink to write an article on the “San Francisco Chronicle” about it, giving the “irish coffee” an international fame.
